  • Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:30 for 4 days per week, with 1 day working 10:00 - 18:30)

Aspiria are pleased to be recruiting for one of Exeter's top local employers, who are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly offices in Exeter. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some solid office-based customer service experience, but who is now looking to work within a friendly, dynamic team, working with a high-end product and service. This person will be working with an American client base, so the successful person might enjoy speaking to people who enjoy the British accent!!


Tasks will include:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers and processing orders via phone, email and fax
  • Supporting and liaising with American sales team by answering queries relating to orders and displays
  • Assisting customers with order calculations
  • Responding to and resolving customer queries
  • Liaising with the warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of products
  • Database updating and management
  • Working with designers, architects and property developers to assist with customer support
  • General administration where required


Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Accurate keyboard skills for inputting data into the system
  • Proven and stable career history within customer service
  • Enthusiastic and credible approach
  • A good eye for design and colours would be an advantage
